RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied, any item purchased from Collier Metal Specialties LTD is returnable for a refund under the following conditions:

• Claim is made within 10 days of receipt of order.
• You must contact us at 800-829-8225 for return instructions.
• All returns must be in its original packaging.

REFUND POLICY:

• Damaged Merchandise: If your purchase arrives damaged or is defective, and you notify us within 10 days of receipt, replacement of damaged/defective item will be arranged as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
• Returns: Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the cause of return is manufacturers defect, shipping damage, or our error.
• 15% Restocking Fee is charged for items returned for reasons other than damage/manufacturer defect. Refund amount will be minus 15% of the purchase price ($10 minimum).

SHIPPING POLICY:

• Most items ship within 3-4 business days M-F. 
• Orders received on weekends or holidays will not be entered until the next business day.
• All orders ship UPS standard ground
• We will only ship on-line orders to the Continental US
